At Grand Seiko Official Boutique, we strive for perfection in every timepiece; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unworn watch in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. All returns must include the original packaging, certificates, and protective films to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the timepiece you wish to return and submit a formal return request.

  Receive Authorization

  Our concierge team will review your request and provide a pre-paid insured shipping label along with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch, warranty card, and all original documentation inside the Grand Seiko presentation box, ensuring it is securely packed within a sturdy shipping carton.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our master watchmakers will inspect the timepiece for any signs of wear or modification before processing your refund to the original payment method.
